It is a daily routine for women to apply makeup on their skin to look presentable, especially those who go to work. Working women, after almost 10-12 hours of work are very exhausted. Further the household chores they have to do before hitting the bed, hardly give them time to remove their makeup. This affects their skin adversely, leaving acne, and patchy areas all over their face.
The top beauty advice is to find the root cause of this adverse effect; which is not removing makeup every night. Your skin needs utmost care and hygiene. The harsh chemicals used in makeup products leave behind a residue which makes it difficult for the skin to breathe. What you need is a remover.
How to Make a Remover?
You can make your own makeup remover. The easiest way is to use cold milk, soak some cotton in the milk rub it on your face softly. Instead of milk you may use yogurt. Wash your face with clear water. Your face is residue free, smooth and soft. This is what you call a natural makeup remover.
Soak some cotton in olive oil and dab it lightly on your eyes. This will remove your eye liner, mascara and eye shadow instantly. It will also improve your skin around your eyes. Alternatively apply rosy water or baby oil too.
For your face, peel, remove the skin of the cucumber grain in the mixture. Mix the paste with very little cold milk, add a pinch of turmeric. Apply this mixture on your face. It will not only remove the makeup but nourish the skin from inside.
For oily skin peel a lime and rub on your face in circular stokes or you may use curd with a pinch of turmeric. After 10 minutes, wash it off with water. Thus natural removers not only remove all dead cells but give you a fairer skin and have no after effect.
